The houses benefit from a highly innovative and contemporary design which boasts ground floor bedrooms and bathrooms with open plan living space on the upper floor, leading to a raised decking area, whilst the apartments offer spacious living accommodation.Southview, Peterborough

POD worked with L&H Homes and Larkfleet Group to ensure that all the properties were built to Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes. Timber frame construction methods were used on site which provides an efficient way of building and quicker construction time. Timber frames for the homes were supplied and erected by Kestrel Timber Frame (http://www.kestreltimberframe.co.uk/), part of the Larkfleet Group.

Thirty-three of the new build properties were allocated for affordable rent and nine of the homes were available for low cost purchase through L&H Homes’ Rent to Homebuy scheme.
